Raising money for music therapy for children with cancer

Please join us in raising money for Music Therapy for children with cancer at Tripler and Kapiolani Hospital on Oahu. Ryan's Light was established in memory of our son Ryan wagner who passed away from cancer at the age of 6 on July 29th 2011. Ryan's light foundation funds music therapy for pediatric oncology patients in Hawaii. The foundation also supplies the children's playrooms with music equipment and gives each child diagnosed with cancer in Hawaii a beautiful engraved islander ukulele to keep. After each music therapy session the child receives a beautiful hand blown custom made glass bead to string in a chain nor so as they please with the bead, they get to chose from 5 different designs. We believe that music can be uplifting to a child in treatment, and music helps to sooth the soul. Ryan was a huge lover of music, and it is for his love of music that we want to help other children who have to spend so much time in the hospital. Please help us provide more music therapy, more joy, more smiles, more laughter to all pediatric oncology patients in Hawaii by joining our team Ryan's light.
