Virtual Race Police 5k
Loved this medal, so I decided to do this virtual run as part of one of my workouts this week.

Asics Shorts
I went on a 10.50 mile run, this morning in these. I bought them off of eBay, for only $5. They were only worn once. Not a bad steal. They fit very comfortable.

Kauai Half Marathon
1st Kamaʻāina to finish 'Kauai Half Marathon'. Not my best, but "Oh my god, Im happy to be done with the race". I spoke to 'Dean Karnazes' while heading to the starting line. That was definitely a highlight of the race. Including a kid that said " What up cuz!" at the 11 mile marker. Didnt get a chance to tell Dean, that he was the main reason why I started running ; )
