While leaving work, on Friday, I was inspired by a tshirt! The guy wearing it had a big belly, and was overweight. The shirt said "Running Sucks!". Anyway, I was inspired to make my own shirt. One that says " Running Rocks! Being lazy to do it SUCKS!"
As of 2013/08/13, these are my current personal records, that I set this year. I'm changing up my workouts, every few months to get better. I plan on breaking the 10k, and Half Marathon again, before the year ends. My next personal record to break, will be my Full Marathon, personal record. I plan on going after it at Atlanta Marathon or Honolulu Marathon.

Ran 59:25, for my first every 15k. This picture was took, right when I started my finishing kick into Kapiolani Park.
After this slacking week of training ;-) I will get back into it, next week! For "Norman Tamanaha 15k", I want to do my hill repeats on Tantalus. 6 years running, and I never ran a 15k race. I missed this one last year, due to work, so I plan on having a blast B-)

When you don't have a women in your life, nobody seems to pay you any mind. When I did things, with a former lady friend, back in Ohio, its like everyone wanted to text and actually look at you. When your single, its like being the towns pest. Nobody cares about you, or wants to be around you. As for women my age. Most have been through where I'm trying to get. They have atleast 2 kids, and have been married, or divorce allready. I'm slowly losing interest in any of that, cause I don't want to add to what they allready have. As a single guy, with no kids, I look at why is a women with 2 or 3 kids single? Its a reason for it. And I don't care to be a part of it to be honest.
Started my 3rd laser hair treatment at 'reneux'. Today I went up a higher level. Never again! Made faces, during my entire treatment. Also made the girl at the front desk laugh, like I always do, lol. Felt so good to be done. I got inside of my car and put my air conditioner on high. A ice bath or ice shower, sounds good right now. I'm fried! Lol
Told the neighbor that I was going to the UH vs USC game. He offered me to tailgate with them, until I said that I would be wearing a USC Trojans shirt ;-)
Ouch! Just got a dose of negative from a fellow SNCO! Now I know who not to hang around with on the weekend. Very few supporters of running. Very! I guess if I was a drinker or party person, i'd get more supporters.
Running in Chinatown, I hear feet slapping on the pavement, so I stopped and looked back. Not sure if the guy was homeless or not, but he was running behind me. I gave him the stank eye, when I stopped. Then I smirked, and took off, waving him to catch up. I remind you I was allready at 10 miles. He quit running when I kicked it. Never a dull moment in Hawai'i ;-)
83 days until Lake Tahoe Marathon. The race director, earned many cool points from me, due to all of the information in email. Helps my planning process. Looking forward to running Lake Tahoe, and visiting Reno, Nevada. # Marathon Maniacs #Maniac 7290
I started a Skechers Gotrail fund. Donations accepted, lol. Along with me adding $10 a month. Let's hope they order a pair on Marine Corps Base Kaneohe, so I won't have to save much vs buying at Ala Moana Center.
Logged in another run at 2300, to go along with my run at 0545 ;-) Got a yell, from someone at a bar "Neverstop!", "Keep running!" Funny, but only adding fuel to my motivation.
When doing elliptical, my stride seems so steady, but my finishing kick isn't the same, compared to doing things on pavement. Felt tired! I've done workouts like it before but now I'm noticing certain things.
Talking with the neighbor, after work. She is now down to weighing 117 pounds, with a goal of being down to 110. 7 more pounds to go! She use to weigh 200 pounds, but dropped weight by eating right, doing stair workouts, and walking alot. Pretty much my motivation to adding stairs to my workouts, and eating certain foods, but I'm not trying to lose weight. I catch her working out, mostly in the mornings, at least 2 to 3 times a week.
Seen a muscular guy, running on a treadmil. During his run, he was making all kinds of noises. Once he finished, he was so happy to run a 20:31. So happy, he also didn't wipe the sweat off the machine. Not sure what distance he ran, but I was thinking to myself "That doesn't count, big man!". Try running on the pavement, with no belt, assisting you. ;-)
I feel more power in my legs, doing hill repeats, more than doing stair repeats. Both are awesome, but hill repeats have my vote as best. If your gonna do the stairs WALK them. Get the feel of it! You're working the same muscles. I have noticed pain, after comparing walking them, and running them. You also don't have to RUN hills, to get a hill workout in. My last race Hibiscus Half Marathon, I trained by walking hills most of the time, but don't get me wrong, I did RUN them also.
@ Angry people, that were hurt from relationships and posting about it on facebook, myspace, or any other site: Set up and hug me stand, cause you need a hug. There is hope!. You will be ok, just go for a run. ;-)

Almost set for 'Kahakuloa Coast Half Marathon'. It's also a relay race, so I'm sure there will be a lot of relay runners. More than individual runners, I'm sure. Soon to be planning a Mt Tantalus run, before trip to Maui.
